Care and Use - Handle with care and store out of reach of children. Use wooden or plastic chopping boards to avoid blunting the blade. Sharpen the edge regularly. Don't leave knives to stand in the dishwasher either before the start or at the end of the cycle. Remove and Hand dry when cycle is complete. Handwash is recommended.
