Each and every blade is individually heat treated and tempered to achieve the hardness required to hold a finely ground edge. Our state-of-the-art, digitally controlled grinding machines then prepare each blade to final geometry before being sharpened and honed entirely by hand for exceptional edge retention.
The Professional Series handles are shaped to fit perfectly in the hand, the contours making it virtually impossible for the knife to accidentally slip.
A carving knife is used to slice thin cuts of poultry, roasts, hams & other cooked meats. A carving knife is generally thinner than a chef's knife enabling it to carve with more precision.
