This Venturi Tube wine aerator draws in air and infuses wine as it pours. Aerating breaks down tannins to reduce astringency and brings out the subtle flavours in younger red wines. Chardonnay, Savignon Blanc and White Bordeaux will also benefit from the softening effects of aeration.
Try for yourself. Pour a small glass of red wine from a freshly opened bottle. Then into a second clean glass, pour another serving through the Wine Aerator, holding it over the glass as you do so.
