A full tang blade made from a single piece of high carbon stainless steel, are precision ground to provide excellent strength, flexibility and lasting sharpness.
Hand wash in warm soapy water, drying off almost immediately.
Sharpen knives used regularly once a fortnight. After a year the blade will need a new edge, a good two stage sharpener will perform both of these tasks.
