The 18cm / 7.5" carving fork has a forged 430 stainless steel double-tine head.
German stainless steel, hardened to Rockwell 56, is used in the manufacture of all Robert Welch Signature carving forks. The hardened German steel allows for durability.
The tactile handle features the RW insignia, a permanent steel detail.
