How to use
Roll the orange firmly on a hard surface a few times, before cutting in half and placing cut side down into the press. Squeeze away for the perfect ingredient for your salad dressings & baking recipes. Turn the fruit and press again to extract even more juice.

Why not try...
For a tangy twist to your duck or chicken dishes, combine the juice of one orange in a small saucepan with 130g caster sugar, 120g softened butter, 1 teaspoon of cornflour and 2 medium egg yolks. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly with a whisk until slightly thickened.
