This beech wood block comes with the following knives:
- Paring knife
- Chef's knife (20 cm)
- Santoku Knife
- Carving knife
- Bread knife
The block is made of beech wood and the slots have been cut all the way through to enable easy cleaning and to protect the blades. There are silicone pads on the base to protect the countertop.
The steel used is X50CrMoV15 stainless steel, which is highly anti-corrosive and ensure a perfect cut.
