The Mediterranean Cheese Making Kit contains all the ingredients for cheese making with the addition of herbs and spices to help you create wonderful flavours, and a cheese mould to shape your cheesy creations. There are enough ingredients to make 20 individual batches of cheese, with each batch weighing between 600-900g depending on the cheese.
