A classic design and winner of The Design Council Award for ‘An Outstanding British Product’, the Professional Series is made entirely in Taylor's Sheffield factory by a skilled team of craftspeople.
Each and every blade is individually heat treated and tempered to achieve the hardness required to hold a finely ground edge. Our state-of-the-art, digitally controlled grinding machines then prepare each blade to final geometry before being sharpened and honed entirely by hand for exceptional edge retention.
The Professional Series handles are shaped to fit perfectly in the hand, the contours making it virtually impossible for the knife to accidentally slip.
Cook's Knife
A chef's knife's deep heel protects the knuckles for chopping, rocking & dicing. A curved blade facilitates a rocking motion while chopping herbs or nuts.
