The Sabatier Professional Kitchen Knives are produced using a traditonal bolster and a full tang, 3 rivet construction, a design which dates back over 150 years. These precision knives are produced from high quality taper ground stainless steel, creating a blade that is difficult to blunt, but easy to sharpen.

CARE & USE
This knife is very sharp. Handle with care and store out of reach of children. Use a wooden chopping board to avoid blunting.
Don't leave knives in the dishwasher either before the start or at the end of the cycle. Remove and hand dry when cycle is complete. Hand wash recommended.
